CONAN O'BRIEN?
Awww yeah... Nothing like seeing your work on national television, let alone Conan O'Brien! South­side Johnny and LaBamba's Big Band per­formed on Late Night back in September 2008 while promoting his album Grapefruit Moon: The Songs of Tom Waits. The album cover, designed by 2012graphics, was requested in a special 12" format by Mr. O'Brien himself to display during the per­form­ance introduction.

ON THE SCIENCE CHANNEL'S
BRINK!
In October 2008 a friend of mine who is a producer of a new show called Brink on the Science Chan­nel com­mis­sion­ed several il­lus­tra­tions for use in intro­ductions of news seg­ments feat­ured in the pilot episode of the new cable news and in­form­ation program. Cur­rent epi­sodes utilize the on-location graphics depart­ment for these il­lus­tra­tions.

GTC T-SHIRT SPOTTING:
IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE
Controversial New York hip-hop artist Immortal Technique was spot­ted in Cuba (pre-Obama) re­pre­sent­ing the Grand Theft Country George Bush T-shirt de­sign­ed by 2012. The photo was post­ed on his per­sonal MySpace page. He re­ceived the shirt as a gift at his performance in New York City on the 5th anniversary of the September 11th attacks.

THE DAN RATHER SHOOTING WAR T-SHIRT
To promote his and Dan Goldman's graphic novel Shooting War, Anthony Lappé not only asked me to pro­duce and an­im­ate the pro­mo­tion­al trailer for the book, but also trusted me with conjur­ing up a design for a pro­motion­al t-shirt as well. This one featured legend­ary anchor Dan Rather (face drawn by Dan Goldman), who reportedly saw the shirt and was extremely flattered.
